Diaper rash??

Question

I change her when she needs it, was her bottom every night in the bath, Desitin morning & night, and give her air time almost every time I change her. She's 2 months. Should I be trying or doing anything else? Thanks for any tips!!

my daughter got awful diaper rashes when she was a newborn. changing to only unscented diapers and aquafor diaper cream worked but just letting her be in open air worked wonders! i got rx cream for her and she ended up getting bloody sores from it. i just put a diaper under her booty but didnt close it and let her lay on my chest for most of the day for a couple days and it went away soon after

If it’s just not going away I would try switching diaper brands, and maybe trying out a different brand of butt cream to see if anything helps it a little more. Air is the best thing for it really so makes time as much as possible until it’s gone 😊

If it isn’t going away the. You should contact her doctor. It could be a yeast infection. My children got them so many times no matter what I was doing to prevent them!
