Why did he have to do this 😢

We have been TTC #1 since January and I had a super traumatic ectopic in May. DH knows how difficult it has been for me and has been there for me every step of the way. We got set back about 4 months because of the ectopic, surgery and the methotrexate shot and this was our first cycle trying again. I was so incredibly hopeful but AF showed up yesterday. I was devastated.

After work I came home to this:

Just not sure how I got so damn lucky and why I deserve such a great man. Just needed to give him some kudos for being so freaking amazing during all of my hormonal roller coaster rides.
