Good eye contact

Any mommies out there struggling with good eye contact. My baby girl is now 11 weeks and she makes some eye contact but not very much. She will make eye contact for about 10 seconds and gets distracted right away. I try rattles and toys and it just doesn’t faze her at times. There are moments when she will have good eye contact and follow but I struggle to get her attention. My baby does smile and laugh when you do get her attention. It’s just been hard on me because I have been trying and trying to get her on track. Anyone else having this issue?
