Poop troubles - what's your experiences?

My little one is 13 weeks old. He was EBF for the first 8 weeks and I now do a combination as he's so hungry! I am concerned about his pooping as he only goes every 4/5 days and when he does finally go its explosive! It's quite watery in consistency so I don't know why it takes him so long to go as definitely not constipated!

He is a particularly windy baby anyway and around day 3 he starts to get really uncomfortable 😥

I spoke to the health visitor and she said that this length of time without a dirty nappy is normal?!

He's usually such a happy baby and I hate to see him so uncomfortable.

I'm think I might go to the doctors just to make sure they are happy with him. What's your opinion?
