Help!!!

So I am six days till my (hopefully missed af). And symptoms are as follows. Back ache going on a week now. Mild cramps that come and go. Dull very very mild "ache" in my lower abdomen and hip area. Pretty consistently. A few random sharp twinges in my vagina and uterus over the last few days. And last night I started to get a very watery clear discharge. It's like leaking out of me. Mild sinus like headache. I got a bfn this morning. Should I anticipate a bfp soon or keep waiting for af.
