Help please!!!!

So it just started last night, it was mild stinging when I peed with a bit of white discharge. i always keep Monistat 7 day on hand for yeast infections so I started to use that. I realize I’m supposed to wait 7 days but this is not like a normal yeast infection; in the past 24 hours it has increased to full on pressure and a stabbing feeling in my vagina. It feels like I have a tampon that’s stuck and very full and wants to come out but there’s nothing there (after a very painful exploration). I now have an ice pack in between my labia pressing towards my vagina s I’m ready to shove ice cubes or a f****** popsicle up there.... any advice?! Please!
