Highest fertile day

Today is my high fertile day, my period isn't due til may 9. My husband and I have been having sex almost every day since my fertile days have started. And before. Now, I've been slightly nauseous throughout the day for a couple days and have been gettin heartburn. My breasts are also a little sore. When should I take a PT?
