I know this is all my fault but freaking out!!

10 weeks and 4 days and used my sonoline B for the second time and lthough I’m pretty sure I heard the hb on Thursday after like half hour now I couldn’t find anything but mine :(.

I know they say not to panic but I am. Especially since I didn’t throw up the past two days. I was nauseous but no vomitting. My next appointment is in one week and it can’t get here fast enough but do u think this is cause for concern? I’ve watched a million youtube videos on how to use it and I ran the probe along my c section scar where it said I should but all I could get was my hb and of course now I’m so nervous :(
