Baby upset by move or sleep regression?

Emma
I'm so upset. We are having major work done on our house and so we've had to move to my mum's in the meantime. Our baby (who's just turned 10 months ) has never really had that much trouble adapting to a new place and we've been on holiday before. It sometimes takes her a day or two. She loves her grandma so that's not a problem. We've made her room dark like at home and she has the same mattress as at home and we've brought all her toys and we've given her lots of time to explore the new surroundings. She also has the same music at night. But she will not nap and it's taking me 2hours to get her to sleep at night. She's just scared it seems. When she does fall asleep she wakes up multiple times in the night. None of this happens at home. On top of that her new wake up for the day time is 4.30 am. I just don't know what to do. She's obviously now extremely overtired. She stopped breastfeeding at night a couple of months ago and now I'm even worried she'll go back to that. At home she was sleeping 5 or 5.30pm to 4.30 or 5.30 am. The first day here at my mum s, she managed to get to sleep at 6pm, was up at 1pm, fell asleep at 2.30 with my husband's help (i dont want to start breastfeeding at night again ) and was up at 4.30. 2nd day she barely napped, at night she got to sleep at 7pm, woke up multiple times but got back to sleep on her own and up at 4 am. My question is does this sound like a sleep regression or like it's related to the stress from this move ? Has anyone experienced something similar ? Should I not worry and just give her time to adapt ? I'm just so worried because she's exhausted and I just feel like it's getting worse rather than better because she's overtired . She had a really bad 4th month sleep regression. Thanks for your help
