Constipated PLEASE HELP, DESPERATE

My baby is over a month old & he is extremely constipated. His doctor has me doing two teaspoons of Kayro Syrup in one bottle, & an ounce of apple juice in another every day. (My Mom has just told me to do an ounce of water with an ounce of apple juice) He is still having the hardest time pooping. They are hard little balls. If he’s lucky, it’s firm solid poop, but never soft anymore. I watched him try to go, I could see he needed to poop more but it was too hard for him to pass it.

Please, please help, I don’t know what to do for my poor baby!
