Help help help!!

Ok.... so first you should know I have a very close group of friends (my self, H and A)... so for the past few months I’ve been waiting to her back from this private school I want to transfer to and I finally got the letter back saying I’ve been excepted which was a few months ago maybe and I told H (she’s moving as well) but my friend A is going through an eating disorder and depression and I didn’t want to tell her yet because H has already said she’s moving (which was a bit annoyed that she said first) so fast forward a month or so A has gone into hospital for this eating disorder and I still haven’t told her I’m moving (the hospital is a 5 hour drive from where I live) I didn’t originally tell her because I wanted her to get better without knowing she’s going to be alone next year (A had a big fight with these other girls that lead to everyone except myself and H not wanting to be friends with her anymore) and now I don’t know what to tell her or when because I have no idea how long she will be in there and I can’t go up because I have exams around this time... need some advice asap!!!
