What gets you through this?

This miscarriage has been one of the worst experiences of my life. My heart goes out to everyone who is experiencing this pain.

What gets you through it? For me it has been my enormously supportive and loving DH. Thank God for him. There was also a kind, supportive nurse named Mary. Also the thought of trying again soon. That helps get me through.

Unfortunately I've used food as a soother for my miscarriage sadnesses. I've been through 4 now, and I've held onto 5lbs for each pregnacy. Unfortunately that's 20 lbs. Trying to cut comfort foods and excersise each day. So hard to lose!! 😒

Right after my two MC's, I leaned on my DH, a few friends, and food (unfortunately)! Now I'm still relying on DH and friends, but I'm focused on getting healthier before trying again. I'm working out 6 days a week in an effort to be healthier when I get pregnant the next time! I'm so sorry for your loss and the losses experienced by everyone in this group. Some days are easier than others. Try to stay positive and baby dust to all!✨

I turned to my mom who lost two babies.. She helped a lot. And my fiancé too. My friends weren't too supportive, but I think it's because they just couldn't understand without going through it themselves. But mainly I tried to be kind to myself.  I rested a lot, ate ice cream and tried to take things day by day. I'm so sorry for your loss 💕

My hubby, my dogs, and my friends. Some food has helped too. It helps knowing we can try again after my first period too. I just pray.
