Feeling weird.

My sister has been staying at my house, and she is staying in my bed, and she sleeps with a heating blanket. I sleep with my own but on top of hers. Since then, I have been having weird pains in my lower abdomin, and lots of pressure feeling, and I've been feeling off. I don't know what it is. I'm scared I might have leaned against her heating blanket and hurt my baby. This might sound really stupid but it's my first and don't know what to do. I am 13 weeks and 4 days.
