Birth Control, HELP

Can I get some feed back with your best/worst BC methods. Ready to be put on birth control. I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility and my husband is not wanting to continue with infertility treatments. So I waited a few months to make sure that's what he wanted. I am sick if having my periods. It's just a constant reminder I can't have kids, and hell if I can't I don't want to deal with the mess every month haha.
