Help me understand 🤔
Why is it that some months before AF comes I start feeling the effects (affects?) two days out. I am super irritated, cramps, sore breasts. (Month 1 and 2 of TTC). Other months, nothing leading to AF then all of a sudden BAM it hits me. (Month 3 and 4 of TTC). This month back to sore breasts, cramps, etc. Why? Do y’all have different symptoms each month/does it vary month to month or is your AF and symptoms always the same?
