Help please! Symptom Watch!

Hi girls,

I am three days late and got a positive test on Saturday. Unfortunately the first time my doctor can see me is Dec 4 so I don't know how to get further confirmation. Here are my symptoms in the last week, all different times:

Super sore breasts

Mouth tastes like metal

Gums have been sore

No spotting

I also however have been having mild to medium cramps the whole time. I have had no nausea, dizziness, etc. Since this is my very first time, can you all please share if this cramping for almost a week is common? Should I be worried?
