How do I be a buddy?

This is what I got goin on lol

I'm 25 years old with 4 (3biological) children. Married 5 years, TTC 18+ months (haven't been on birth control for about 6 years but thought I was fabulously tracking my cycle. Now I'm like "wuuhhh?????") and very bummed. My youngest is 5, I never wanted big age gaps though I don't seem to have a choice lol so I'd love some cycle buddies but here's my dumb question. Do we just follow each other? Personal message? I need accountability with drinking enough water...
