So my name is Mia and I’m 4’11 and I’m 113.4. I want to go down a lot and look like this..

I know I’ll have a lot of work to do because I look like this..

I’ve gotten picked on for my weight and I just feel like people could like me more if I look like this.

stop. your last sentence says you're doing it for others, which is a horrible reason. do it for yourself, not others. to be like the girl in the first photo you're going to need to work on toning your body. if it's an option you should get a trainer at the gym. they also have apps to encourage you and tell you what work outs you can do and how to do them that you could look into

Okay. Listen to me. Really try to understand what im saying here. You wont look like her. Now dont stop reading. Let me tell you why
1) by what you typed, it seems like youre doing this for other people 
And 2) having that picture in your mind while youre working out is NOT going to help you. Results take a while to show, especially to the person working out. So constantly comparing yourself to that picture WILL NOT HELP YOU! Instead, try being the best person YOU cant be FOR YOURSELF!! NOT for anyone else. Having motivation to be the best person YOU can be will help you go a long way. 
Once you take your focus off of other people and start doing this for yourself, look into a gym membership if you feel like this is what you want.

You should never ever want to be or want to look like someone else! You’re you! And you are enough. You don’t have to be skinny for others. If you want to lose weight and tone up, then go for it! But only do for yourself because otherwise it’s not worth it.
