UPDATED Vitex... What the actual f***

Updated - today I am 16 weeks pregnant!!

If anyone wants an updated vitex post that tells you what has happened, what I took and where my life is now... read on. Any question feel free to add a comment and I'll get back to you.

I am not joking. I always have ovulation discharge at cd 96. I have very long cycle and thought.... let's give it ago why not. I searched on here for answers... would my discharge be different? would they ACTUALLY work?! so today is cd 19... and I have just had my ovulation discharge! fingers crossed for me this month. If you are wondering whether to try it. It's got the thumbs up from me. Just hope it works now. UPDATE - Month 1, additional spotting. followed by a very very heavy period that lasted 5 days. Month 2 - I appear to have ovulated (EWCM) on Cd18 and I am currently on CD 31 and have been getting vvvf bfp for the last two days. I took vitex up to ovulation cd18 and I have taken one every other day to cd 25 and I am now no longer taking them. Hopefully will get a strong positive in a few days time. I will keep this updated as I really struggled to find anyone with an updated vitex post. Baby dust to you all x
