symptoms

Im 4 dpo with a positive opk. I have severe sharp cramping on my right side, lower back pain, lightly tender breasts and have thrown up twice today and the cramping has been going on all day since 2 dpo. I have a confirmed 2.5cm cyst on my right side where the cramping is. I also have heavy watery discharge and had EWCM for 5 days previous. Is this pregnancy symptoms early or a ruptured cyst? Or something else? My Doctor told me the cyst is solid and not the type that rupture. Im visiting family and away from my OB.
