What to do

I seem to be always on my husband about his phone cuz he's always on it and if I ask to look at it he always refuses but I let him look at my phone all the time. To day I this happened a few times I told him not to do some things and what not and he got mad and told me he would leave for a few days if I didn't stop bothering him about it and always assume he's watching porn or cheating on me. Yes I might have a trust problem I guess and I need some help but he doesn't make it easier on me he's always joking around and he tends to say he will do things and just never follow through with them so you can see where it might come from. Ik he loves me and would never do that but the fact he jokes about it so much and never follows through with me thinks he could possibly end up doing something like that could ruin the relationship but I seem to already be ruining it because for some reason I can't trust anyone 🙃😭.
