When will I feel normal again?
So my son is 3 months old(July30) and I’ve lost 20lbs which is good but i still feel pregnant kinda. Like i still feel like i can’t naturally take a deep breath(I’ve had C.T. scans already and x-rays and both normal) so i figure it’s just my body getting back into pre pregnancy mode. But how long will it take? I know it technically takes a year to recover from pregnancy but will it take a year to feel normal?
