Help!!
I have been trying to lose weight for over two years now. A few months ago, I made the decision to cut out all dairy from my diet. Boom! I lost weight like I had never lost before! But all of a sudden, not only have I hit a plateau, but I also seemed to have gained back a lot of the weight I had lost! Can you guys help me out?? I really really want to get back to where I was!! Would love some help! 😀
