Is it fair that?

My ex boyfriends ex girlfriend would harass, threaten, bully me and antagonize me about being anorexic just because she's been supposedly molested or abused? I don't think she can tell but I had my lights punched out multiple times, had cosmetic surgery and have been molested and raped at a young age, but I don't curse her out or take my exes phone and harass/call her or threaten to fight her. Don't know why my ex makes me feel guilty about his ex girlfriend when neither of them seem to understand maybe I went through worse shit?
