Pumping before I go back to work

Can someone help me out with a good schedule to start so that I can get a little reserve before I go back to work the first week of December? My LO is currently only breastfed and only takes a bottle if my husband and I leave to go on a date. Every time I try to pump after she eats I barely get anything, maybe 1-2 ounces ? How do I pump and still feed her and make sure she’s getting enough in a day. Also- once I pump do I just put it straight in a freezer bag and right into the freezer or do I fill it up with multiple pumps. Help a mamma out !!
