I just dont understand

I always ask my boyfriend to actually spend time with me he says he dose but its either while he's sleeping or playing online video games to me that's not actually spending time with me today he got home and we had a talk about how he has yet to feel the baby kick his answer to me was I have 4 months to feel it this is not the only problem I am having we have been together for 7 years and I have told him again and again that I believe in marriage and settling down but he always tells me he has something planned hes been telling me that for 2 years now I dont know how to handle this I feel like I'm being stung along now and it makes me very sad
