How to lose weight ?
Last summer i was on a exercise and meal plan, lost 20lbs and went back to college, gained it all back. Now I’m back at the weight before last summer. I don’t look as big as i did before because I’m working out every night with a trainer, but I’m gaining weight and I think it has to do with me gaining muscle. I want to lose weight . I know it’s my eating habits . I’m constantly eating junk food & i always buy food when i leave for work. I decided yesterday to leave my debit card at home so that I’m not tempted to buy anything when I leave for work. I bought these portion food trays for me to use . Should I cut out carbs and stick to protein and veggies? I was worried that if i use frozen vegetables, it wouldn’t benefit me? Somebody help me. I’m 206 lbs and pushing. I’m trying to get down to like, 160.
