PLEASE HELP!!

So i’ve been on the pill for 3 years. i just started my new pack last sunday. i forgot to take my pill on thursday. so on friday morning i took two pills at once. ever since friday morning i’ve been spotting brown and red blood. is this normal? am i pregnant? ive never spotted after taking two at once but i haven’t done this in a long time. i had sex but we used a condom both times. please help??!
