Implantation blood ?

Yesterday morning I literally cried I was so happy to get my 'period'. I had missed it the past two months, not sure why bc I usually don't miss. Anyways, when I wiped it was a rusty brown color, and after a few hours it was gone. The volume was just a wipe, maybe 3 wipes in 3 hours. No other symptoms but sore boobs, which I usually get around pms.

I'm wondering if it could be IB or if maybe it's brown and light because I haven't had a cycle in a few months. Anyone with irregular cycles or IB in the past? We want a LO so bad! ❤️
