Belly problems/colic/fussy baby

I have a one month old who seems to be fussy ALL THE TIME. She will be content for a few minutes at a time but is constantly crying... even after eating she cries . I recently switched formula to a sensitive one because she was having gas and we are afraid she might have belly issues like reflux. I’ve called into doctor twice and they don’t seem too concerned. We have tried gripe water and it did nothing, we use mylicon and it seems to help with her gas. Meanwhile ... I cannot hardly calm her no matter what I do. I do not let her cry it out and I make sure she is warm/dry diaper/fed etc. any advice ???
