Does anyone else experience this?

It seems like every month about a week before my period I get a sharp pain in my right side. It’s where the back curves into my side about halfway up. It also seems to occur around ovulation. I just had a baby in June. My doctor has done blood work, a urine sample and an ultrasound to check my gallbladder. He says everything is normal. Maybe I should see my obgyn instead of my primary? Idk
