Feeling pretty good for 10 days after giving birth to my son! When did you ladies start working out again ? What did you find works best for getting rid of the tummy pouch/baby weight ?

39 weeks( I gave birth 2 days later )

10 days after birth

And this was pre baby. I am ready to get back in to shape and as healthy as possible
