This week... H-E-L-P

Hey everyone I haven't posted before but thought I'd ask for baby dust from you all!!! My husband amd I have tried to concive for the past 3 years, we have done several rounds of Clomid and fell pregnant in june after a HSG procedure but lost our baby the emd of july(on our birthdays...July 31st Aug 1st) it was horrible.... I'm a pediatric nurse so it feels 10 times harder....its now November 21st and we had a seccond HSG done this past Friday with a double dose of Clomid I'm due to ovulate this week while at my SUPER NOSEY and manipulative MIL house!!! What do I do ahhhh
