Excited about Holidays

Am I the only mom who is SUPER EXCITED about the upcoming holidays? I gave birth to my baby girl on October 24th so she will be one day shy of one month on Thanksgiving. She will be two months and one day on Christmas. I am SUPER EXCITED. My husband and I are hosting a small Thanksgiving dinner at our home. Just us, our parents, and grandparents. My daughter has two First Thanksgiving outfits and they are gorgeous. I can't wait for her to wear them. My husband and I usually do not put our Christmas tree up until December 1st. However, our tree has been up for two weeks already lol. My husband put it up on November 3rd. We've hung our stockings over our fireplace and decorated our stairway handrail. We have our matching Christmas pajamas already lol. All that's left to do is stuff our stockings, wrap gifts to be placed under the tree, and order her First Christmas outfits. We bought her gifts, I know many people do not do that for infants but we couldn't resist lol. We are so excited to celebrate the upcoming holidays as parents. We are first-time parents and we are just on cloud nine right now. We plan to take plenty of pictures and have them printed for her memory scrapbook. I know she will not remember anything, but our job as parents is to capture ALL moments for her to look back on. Any other mommies excited? Next year, we are gonna start some family traditions and try to keep them going. I also want to celebrate Kwanzaa next year. Maybe even this year.
