My cousin and I have picked the same name!

So I’ve just found out that my cousin (who is due in January, I’m due in March) is potentially going to be calling her little boy the same name which I have loved since I was a teenager! Max has always been a name I’d like to call my son and my S/O has agreed that we should call our son that! However my cousin who is due before me with a boy is also considering the name Max or Harry! We aren’t close at all so I don’t feel like I can say to her, oh I like Max so can I have it please but on the other hand I don’t want to call mine Max if she calls hers Max! What do i do? Please help! ☹️☹️
