Am I over weight?

This is my first pregnancy and I feel like from readin everting comment. That I am over weight.  So far I am 3 months pregnant and the have gain 15 pounds. It’s scary for me because I don’t know how much am I suppose to weight. Please help!!

during the first trimester youre not supposed to gain much but don't stress yourself. youre going to start retaining a lot of fluid and also producing the amniotic fluid, making a lot of extra blood etc. most of the weight will just be fluid retention. try to eat normally you dont really need extra calories but you will be needing more nutrients.

It depends on your weight and height before pregnancy. My doctor wanted me to gain 40-45 lbs when I was pregnant
