I’ve always been what they call a “yo-yo” dieter. I’ll lose a few pounds, start to see a difference in my body, and then feel comfortable with my weight and my body so much so that i decide to eat like I used to and I end up getting chubby again. But not this time! I’m so determined to stay on this, especially because I want to look good when my man finally pops the question. But even more so, I just want to feel good about myself again! Anyways, here’s my progress photos so far. I’ve never been so proud of myself and I can’t wait to see how I’ll look after a few months of consistency!
