Hi ladies,

I'm getting an IUD on December 15 after being on the pill for 10 YEARS. (I'm only 22, but had horrible bleeding when I first started my period.) I decided to switch to a more foolproof contraceptive since I just got married, and I was looking for any advice/experiences you could share with me, as I am slightly nervous about this whole thing. 😱

P.S. I will be getting the Mirena IUD!
