leaking

so last night i was so uncomfortable i just kept turning. i even took off my shirt and bra just to feel a bit more comfortable . it gets like pitch black in the room so i couldn't see anything when i took my bra off. anyways i woke up with dried stuff on my arm and i was questioning what it was it wasn't drool because it wasnt on my face. then i went to grab my bra and the same dry stuff was in there. i guess in all my moving i leaked. which seems to be getting worse like i feel as if i might leak more as time goes by and i don't want that.. it's so weird like having dry milk or whatever the first stage of it is called on you. lol idk its been on my mind
