Tiny bit of blood in mucus?

I’m 36w2d and I’ve been having contractions on and off since 35w as well as losing bunches of mucus plug. I just went to the bathroom and noticed I lost more plug but it was more liquidity this time and had a very slight pinkish brown to it, just enough to notice it was there. I haven’t had sex recently so I know it’s not from that. Wonder if maybe this is the start to bloody show...
