Started metformin for PCOS

I started metformin on nov 13, and I am waiting for a sign of ovulation or af. I stopped bc back in September and have not seen any symptoms of my body starting it’s cycles until now. I noticed my nipples are very sensitive last night and today, and just got a positive opk. I know I can get false positive opks with PCOS but I have consistently been getting negatives for the last month. Do you think this positive opk is accurate? Should I have already gotten a temp rise if I were ovulating? As of this morning, my temp has been steady and low.
