Cap Score HELP

Hi ladies, so dh & I have been ttc for approx 26 months. We first got pregnant within 3 months & had a miscarriage. We havent gotten pregnant since & began fertility treatments at the 2 year mark (two months ago). We have had two failed TI cycles & were late getting his semen analysis due to scheduling issues.

so dh got his analysis with really great results for count, motility & morphology. But, we then got results for cap score which were 20% and they want to see them at 27%. I basically have read every research article that I could on capacitation & analyses... so I understand what it all means and where he falls on the bell curve. What I really need help with is.... do any of you have experience? Did you have to go straight to IVF? The thing is that since we know he has great count, shape, and ability to swim, he has gotten me pregnant before so he obviously is able to have some type of ability to penetrate the egg for fertilization.... but does that actually rule that out? Is it his dna? Ive read that dna damage can be reversible when not highly damaged. We do have our dna fragmentation assay on friday the 8th but it doesnt help me from freaking out daily. This month we begin our first IUI and I am so angry that this is happening and worried that I have read with this result we should go straight to IVF. Help :( give me your stories pleaseeee
