How long have you been at your current job? Do you see yourself being here for a long time?

I'm just curious. I have been at my job for one year as of this month. Obviously its not my dream job and I want to go to school soon. I'm 21 and ive had a job ever since I was 15. But every job I've had I only had up to 8 months because I've gotten bored with the job, or didn't like something about the job. Its not am excuse but I tend to let work depress me for some reason. Weather its rude customers, rude co-workers, unprofessional vibes. Ive experienced it all. I've never gone more than a month without a job though. It is just unacceptable for me because I've always had a car payement and have always had to pay my own bills. Anyways the biggest factor. with quitting jobs for me was not feeling happy. My previous job before this one was very unprofessional. The supervisors would smoke pot with their agents. My team got a high five for being top in the nation for customer service. I just don't. except being unappreciated. The reason why I made this post was because. I love. my current job. I mean yes some days are worse than others but over all the company treats us like gold. Were constantly being rewarded for. good behavior, doing drawings for prizes. Ever Wednesday(if I'm working in the office) we get cattered to by a food truck. Its just fun! What do you like most about your job? Why have you quit your previous jobs?
