Being bisexual doesn't affect my relationship

I was just very bluntly told the other day, that my relationship won't last, or isn't as important as it would be if I were straight.

Just because I am bisexual, and said that if I was single or hadn't met him that I would be with a woman.

No. It doesn't affect it. I am IN LOVE with him. What I said doesn't imply that I wish I wasn't with him. If I wanted to be with a woman THAT BAD I wouldn't be spending 4 years in a relationship with a man.

I met a man. I liked this man, I fell Inlove with this man. I wanted to be with this man so I am and I have no plans to change that. It's really that simple.

Emphasis on "IF I HAD NEVER MET HIM"

But I did. And I'm glad I did.

So I ended up getting in an argument because someone used my sexuality to degrade or invalidate my relationship. That was fun.

Meant to put this in the rant room. If it causes a problem I will move it.

Yes, I am bisexual and if i wasn't with a man, i would lean towards being with women. But I am still attracted to men, and in very attracted to my man. My sexual attraction gets stronger when I'm bonded or Inlove with someone. I said that because I was flat out asked. I didn't just blurt it out randomly.
