Dumb question: do at home workouts really show results?
I'm a SAHM and have no way to the gym. I've been working out since I got the "ok" from my Dr which was little over a year ago. My body is ok😕 But I want a booty and abs like BAM!🔥lol
Does any one recommend any workouts with 💯results? Or does any one have progress pictures from working out from home? I really don't want to give up...
