Can anyone help me?

I’m going to see a doctor in a few days of the pain doesn’t stop but. But today and only today I woke up with a tight chest and it’s remained constant. It occasionally goes but the majority of the day been here. I sometimes find it hard to fully breathe in due to discomfort but I’m 16 years old and found it unusual to experience such symptoms

I'm sorry you're experiencing that. I could very likely be wrong, so keep your doc appointment, but you may have a rib out of alignment. You may want to try this stretch: sit on the floor with your legs wide, feet flexed. Put your right hand on the floor next to your right hip, left arm up, reaching for the ceiling. Take a breath in, push into your right hand to lengthen the spine, reach left hand up and exhale reaching over to the right, stretching from the armpit down to the hip, bending the right elbow or relaxing the arm across your lap. Do both sides. This worked for me, I had a stabbing pinchy feeling when I'd inhale, once I reached, I heard and felt the rib pop back into position.
