Being induced at 5am yikes!

Any tips? I'm a FTM I was supposed to be induced Thursday but my blood pressure was high I had my last appointment today and he tells me "so we're having a baby tomorrow" I was puzzled he told me I could eat but told me also I most likely would puke and it wouldn't be pretty so I'm just not going to eat before I go,

I am very nervous and scared I know to expect a lot of pain I prob won't sleep at all tonight 😫

Oh and I will be 38+6 tomorrow, still 2CM and 90% effaced I'm hoping for an easy labor..
