Weight gain / healthy eating
So I am 8w 2d today. I feel like I’m gaining a lot of weight already ! And already showing haha.... anyway I need to eat to help the nausea for me it’s the only thing that helps me. I try to have a big breakfast and then snack with apples and peanut butter then I have a lunch and need a snack again and then have dinner and usually it’s a big dinner and can wait till I eat breakfast again in morning ... I probably shouldn’t worry about my weight yet but I don’t want it to worry about it later either . Just need some advice on some good eating habits
