Does anyone do PELOTON workouts or SPIN?
I recently started doing spin at home. Was looking for low impact cardio that would be FUN for me that I would WANT to do. So I bought a spin bike and downloaded the peloton app and have been doing it a few times a week. I really LOVE these workouts. I was wondering if anyone on here is doing this type of thing? Wondering if anyone has experience with doing them during or after pregnancy?
