Getting married and need help?
So my wedding is next September and I need to start getting myself back in shape. I was a very avid worker outer lol two years ago. Then I went through some health issues that made me step back and I just feel out of it.
I would love sown advice on how to get back and how to eat better. I love good healthy foods but with life sometimes it’s tough and holidays lately.
I have been finding myself eating a lot of dairy lately and it’s hard when you love cheese.
